Gastronomy

Gastronomy is the study of the relationship between humans and their food and their environment or environment. Gourmet is the professional who takes care of this science. Often mistakenly thought that the term gastronomy only relates to the culinary arts and cutlery around a table. However, this is a small part of the field of study of this discipline can not always say that one is a gourmet cook. Gastronomy studies various cultural components taking as central food.



What does being a chef?

Chef is anyone besides learning the trade, has culinary studies, this not only kitchen, also takes traditional dishes (worldwide) kitchen and in turn creates dishes turning everyone in Art. The chef is responsible for a number of people who develop tasks and help in preparing the dishes, but they are not fully responsible for the final flavor of these

objetive of the career  

The graduate of the career of Gastronomy may serve as chef, chief executive in kitchen of hotels, restaurants, clubs, casinos, catering companies, hospitals and food processing industries. On the other hand, this professional will be ready to run your own business or manage gastronomic companies that provide services related to the gastronomy.

* Identity Card (Original and copy)
* 4 passport photos
* Health certificate issued by the MSAS
